Whether it’s your first pregnancy or your third, antenatal classes are highly recommended for both parents to be emotionally and mentally prepared for the parenthood journey ahead. Our classes, conducted by Sister Teresa, are designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across a wide range of topics from childbirth preparation to newborn care. Not only does it help ease anxiety for first-time parents, but the classes are also an opportunity to build confidence throughout your parenthood journey from pregnancy to childbirth and beyond. A passionate medical veteran in nursing and ParentCraft, Sister Teresa brings with her over 40 years of clinical and teaching experience in the O&G department of various private hospitals and clinics. Sister Teresa started her nursing career in the 1970s and has immense experience in various and extensive portfolios, notably in ParentCraft education to parents and as a inspirational Nurse educator and mentor to countless budding nurses. Many new mothers adore her being the patient and empathetic listening ear when supporting their motherhood journey.
